Welcome to the Bering Strait School District's Travel Management System. All travel requests must be processed through this system starting with the 2005-06 School Year.

BSSD Travel: If you are a BSSD traveller, you must log in to make travel requests, or changes to a trip. You should use your approved Itinerary documents for flight times.

The BSSD Travel Calendar is on-line, and updated frequently.

If you are using on-line ticket services such as Orbitz or Travelocity, or are trying to read your BSSD Itinerary document you will need the regional airport codes listed below in order to do effective searches.

There are links on the left side of this page to some great weather information. All travel in the region depends on weather.

Finally, links to the three live, steerable BSSD webcams, and other cameras in the region, are on the left menu. These cameras are useful in seeing what the weather is like around the district. BSSD webcams are ocated on Diomede Island, the village of Wales, and in White Mountain.
